On Line Loan Access

If you are planning to start a new business we encourage you to look very hard for the very lowest possible start up cost.

Keep in mind that any money borrowed has to be repaid with interest and the interest has to come from your hard earned profits

However, it is accepted that for many microenterprises there is no option but to seek loan funding and we would like to help if we can.

Following are the Terms and Conditions for accessing our on line loan fund:

Terms   Loans would be for a maximum of 3 years with 7% interest (3% for AFT administration and 4% for loan funders) with annual repayments starting at the end of year one. The range of microcredit loan would be from US$500 to $4,000 per project.

Conditions

1. Personal background of applicant/s with photographs.

2  A Business Plan – to an established appropriate format. To view Business Plans click here (pdf)

 3. Letter of endorsement from an English speaking international mission or Christian charity worker, a church or community leader, a solicitor/notary, or from the  bank which would receive the money

10. A formal loan agreement will be signed by both parties.
